Photo of the week: love and campfires

Is there anything more full of Minnesotan summer-love than a lakeside campfire surrounded by family and friends? I took this picture at my rehearsal dinner, which culminated in a s'mores-filled bonfire in the backyard of Tyler's parents. It was perfectly beautiful-- parents and aunts and siblings and best friends, gathered from around the country and the world, all together around one happy fire.

I've always loved playing around with silhouettes in photography, and the background of sunset and campfire-y goodness creates such dramatic, bold colors.
